Knoxford Rail Museum

The Knoxford Rail Musuem, is a new and upcoming Rail Museum in Knoxford. The Museum is currently looking for warp trains to display and is looking for Steam, Diesel and Electric Locomotives as well as passenger cars if you would like to donate or sell anything to the Museum Please contact BernCowMRT on discord.

Museum Buildings

Welcome Center

The Welcome Center is a Building located in the main strip in the center of Knoxford a ZS26. It houses a ticketing area a Gift shop and the Knoxford Junction Bar & Grill named after the original name for the city of Knoxford.

Shops and Eaterys

The Museum will have several gift shops and resturants.

Knoxford Central Station

Knoxford Central Station will be the Train Station for The Knoxford Scenic Rail Road and will be based on the Station at The Conway Scenic Rail Road in Conway, New Hampshire.

Exhibits

Steam Trains

The Museum will have an entire area near the welcome center dedicated to Steam trains.

Modern Trains

The Museum will have an area near the welcome center opposite the steam train exhibit dedicated to Modern Locomotives and Rollingstock.

Model Train Museum

Located In the center of the Museum grounds will be a building showcasing a large model train layout.

Temporary Exhibit/Event Hall

The Museum will also have a large building/area that will house temporary exhibits or events. The location of this has yet to be decided.

Knoxford Scenic Railroad =

The Museum will also host the Knoxford Scenic Railroad which will go to other parts of Knoxford and possibly nearby towns. This Railway is based on Conway Scenic Railroad In Conway, New Hampshire and will depart from Knoxford Central Station.
