How Samples were Selected
25 voting members of the United Cities were sent the poll privately, and 15 answered. The members were selected to be proportionally representative to the UC as a whole based on three variables: party affiliation, rank, and time spent on the MRT.

- _Kastle entered relatively early in polling, and respondents were asked to re-vote if they had already sent a response prior to his entry. 6 respondents did not do this, and so two tables are created, one including these responses and one excluding them.
