Social Progressive Party
The Social Progressive Party is a center-left to left political party in the United States of the East. It was formed on December 9th, 2021, when the Social Democratic Party (no relation to other parties with that name) and the Progressive Party lead by Purrcat2010 and FiorkG07 respectively merged in order to maximize chances of winning an election and cooperation between the two that could not be accomplished with a simple coalition. The two aforementioned people are currently joint leaders of the party. There was talk shortly before the merger was official, but after Purrcat approved of the merger of merging it with Ludus's Eastern Socialist Party to make the Socialist Progressive Party, but that fizzled out. It is the first and currently only Eastern party to have a wikipage.
