The Stone Street-Halson Terminal station is an underground New Prubourne Subway station on the KCR Quincy Street and Pickers Avenue lines. The station is under Stone Street and V51 station on the MRT Valley Line, officially named Halson Terminal. It is served by the A, C and the North Street Shuttle. The Quincy Street Line platforms were built in February 2023. In lore, they were built in 1923 by the Krypton-City Railway Corporation. The North Street Shuttle platforms were built in February 2024 and in lore were also built by the KCR in 1940. The station was designated a complex from December 2023 to January 2024 when the Stone Street Shuttle was shut down.
History
The Stone Street Shuttle platforms were the first to open in January 2023. They were originally part of the 1/2 service, which used to run across the river to now-closed Sand Street station in Krypton. When Spegit was building the Steer Avenue Line, which the 1/2 runs on, the tracks did not line up with the existing platforms, so she sealed off half of the platforms, and created the shuttle to Steer Avenue, originally planned to be only on the Quincy Street Line. The track up to Sand Street was closed off. The Quincy Street Line platforms opened in February 2023. The Shuttle was shut down in January 2024 and the platform is now sealed off.
