Possible alternative formula
Hi, just had a thought on integrating the conditions of your floor cost with the rest of your formula. As far as I can work out, it would be
"Elevator cost = (A/10)+((A(F-3))/20)"
Where A is area Where F is the number of floors when greater than 3
