Project proposal (FEEDBACK PLEASE)

Hello all, recently while I've been gone, I've been thinking of establishing a public broadcaster in the ROE similar to PBS in the US, where each city has its own member station (if this goes through I'd like to establish NGBH as the member in new singapore). I'm thinking of having it as a quick way for cities to distribute local news, where each cities' member stations can put news stories on a dedicated wikipage for others to easily see (in some ways like The Epsilia but quicker). If you read this, feedback would be appreciated, and happy new years (depending on where you are, it is still 2020 where I am haha)!
