I have some pretty deep concerns when seeing this page. I'll list them right here.

1. As Kitty said, voting for [Trial Mod]s is not a thing. You can merely nominate them and the staff will decide if that person is qualified for the rank.

2. There are multiple grammar issues on this page to the point where it can be a bit hard to read this. I suggest you fix those so its easier to read the page.

3. I do not know what the MRT oil crisis is. As far as I know, it doesn't exist.
