This is the syntax to create an infobox for New Bakersville City subway stations. It can be used universally, so feel free to use it for your own stations.

Parameter descriptions
Top portion of infobox:
- name - The station name
- type - The type of station. Values are:
- "NBCS" (default) - a New Bakersville City Subway station
- "complex" - a New Bakersville City Subway station complex (a station with transfers to other lines on non-adjacent platforms).
- "custom" - if "custom" is put as the value for the type parameter, insert a custom value in the type_custom parameter.
- image - An image of the station
- image_size - Specifies an image size in pixels other than the default (300 pixels)
- image_caption - A caption for the image
- font_color - The color of the font for the headers ("Station statistics", "Other information", "Traffic", "Station succession", and "Station service legend"). The default color is white.
- bg_color - The background color for the headers. The default color is black.

Station statistics:
- address - Street address/intersection of the station
- borough - Borough that the station is located in
- locale - Locale/neighborhood of the station
- coordinates - Geographical coordinates of the station using
{{coord}} - line - Line(s) that serve the station
- service - The service at the station. See Template:SubwayService for a list of services.
- bullets - The subway bullets that appear beneath the station name. See Template_talk:SB for a list of icons and bullets.
- transfer - Transfer(s) to other lines. Use
{{NBCS transfer}}with HTML breaks. - connection - Connecting services (e.g. bus, rail) that serve the station
- structure - Type of station structure (e.g. underground, at-grade, or elevated)
- depth - The depth of the primary platform below ground level
- levels - Number of levels of platforms at the station (use only if more than one exists; mezzanine/entrance levels are not included)
- platforms - Information about the platform(s) at the station
- tracks - Number of tracks at the station
Other information:
- open_date - Date station originally opened
- close_date - Date station closed, either temporarily or permanently, along with reason for closing (for presently closed stations only)
- rebuilt - Date station last received a rebuild/rehabilitation
- accessible - If any text is placed here a universal symbol for accessible (Template:Access icon) will appear.
- acc_note - Notes about accessibility of the station
- cross_platform - If any text is placed here, the note "Cross-platform wheelchair access available" will appear.
- former - Previous station name(s)
- other_exits - Other station entrances/exits (note whether they are entrance or exit only)
Traffic:
- passengers – Number of passengers using the station
- pass_year – Year passenger information was gathered
- pass_percent – Percentage increase or decrease in usage
Station succession:
- next_north and next_south - The next station(s) north or south (by railroad direction) of this station. Use
{{NBCS next}}with HTML breaks. - next_north_acc and next_south_acc - The next station(s) north or south of this station that are wheelchair accessible. Stations in which there is an accessible cross-platform transfer should also be included. Use
{{RR next}}with HTML breaks.
Station service legend: Provides a section for explaining the service symbols used in the infobox.

The following are two examples of infoboxes from the Inwood subway station and the Second Avenue station on the New Bakersville Fifth Avenue Local subway line.
