Proper Usage
The first parameter is for your name. The second parameter indicates your position on a vote (adopt, reject, support, oppose, neutral). The third parameter is space for you to give a reason, for when you vote neutrally or against any proposal.
Please note that the positions adopt and reject are written specifically for proposed rules. The other parameters are for other proposals or nominations.
In talk pages, you only need to call this template to cast your vote. Do not change your vote later - to re-vote, use {{vote|POSITION|REASON|revote=yes}}.
