Hello, I'm imperial_block and I have knwon the MRT thanks to him. I am currently ranked Councillor for my town of Newfounded (or XE38, this name may be still around).
My Story
On October 5th, 2018 I changed my computer to a more Minecraft fittable one and joined the server. My rank at the time? Guest like for every case of someone first joining except one in particular. After failing my member app twice, I passed the third attempt without noticing. In late October I rejoined and found myself Member ranked. I have founded a company which is not worth mentioning because it shutted down, and gained citizen gradually in January 2019. In the meantime, I have started working on Midjungle, town which I do NOT recommend you to visit, and founded the UNEJ with my northern neighbor. I got trustee while I was developing Midjungle, but its development was so difficult that in fact, I applied to get XE40 at the April 2019 GSM. But with my surprise another person has done the same request as mine, so I have said to take XE38 or XE36, should XE40 go to him. XE40 actually went to that one, and I got XE38. Some time has passed, I developed XE38 and when I asked for councillor, there were people who accepted the town, people who didn't and who did not like the name so I changed it, and I got the two endorsements from who I mentioned previously and him too. And here we are today.

How couldn't you get councillor for one year?
Briefly, loss of activity and slow development, along with the Midjungle problems.

How can I reach your town?
From Central City:
Road: You can't. The A245 should connect the two towns but there is an area wide road construction halt that only time will tell if it will go away.
Rail: The MRT Expo Line can serve you well. I have never ridden the whole distance, but I estimate 40 minutes from Central Park.
Warp Rail: Not connected at all.
Air: No heliport.
You say that your time zone is UTC+1:35. How can it be possible?
Unfortunately I live in a place that switches time zone twice a year, so if you want to know more accurately in which time zome I am at the moment, please refer to User:Imperial block/Time zone.
