Kuttara is an Asian-themed town located in the snowed taiga north of A32 Snowtopic. Its mayor and founder is Yellowitcher. The town is a member of the New Delian League. Kuttara is being developped around two natural lakes. In the future it will be divided into two districts named Old-Kuttara and Shin-Kuttara. The name of the city comes from the Kuttara Lake which is located on Hokkaido, Japan.
Geography
Kuttara is located in a cold taiga biome. The climate is cold and the temperture may fall to -5 degrees Celsius in Winter but it may also rise to 15 degrees in Summer. The field where Kuttara was built contains many hills. Fresh water is provided by the two lakes of the city and the closest rivers.
History
In December 2016, Yellowitcher hadn't founded any new town since more than one year. When the rule about city number limits was abolished, he chose to have a new fresh start. The city of Kuttara was founded on December 7, 2016.
