MRTvision 2016 Song Contest
Background
The Third MRTvision was the second performance of the MRTvision. It is based off of the singing competition Eurovision. However, unlike Eurovision, there can be an unlimited number of contestants from any given region. It was held March 6th at the Excelsior Theatre in Nippia. The MRTvision 2015 Song Contest was won by MonseiurKeks. The 2016 contest was won by Cortesi.

After signing up you can proceed in different ways:
- Im going to sing Live: If you decided to sing during the event be sure you are 100% sure you can make it that day and have a good quality microphone. Usually people that sing live do an Acapella version of the song they want to sing, but if you find a way to make it work with you singing with instrumental in the background good for you. We invite all contestants to stand on stage during the performance of their song and to move around or stand in a position. However, all contestants are required to send in a recording regardless in case they cannot attend the performance.
- Im going to Record: If you decided to record your song, then that song will be played during the performance, so you can move around during it. After you recorded your song you can send it via e-mail to insert email here in mp3 format. We highly recommend Audacity as the recording software. We invite all contestants to stand on stage during the performance of their song and to move around or stand in a position.
Venue & Transportation
The MRTvision 2016 Song Contest will be held in Nippia at the Excelsior Theatre. The theatre, built by CortesiRaccoon and Lalaboy, is a master mind of a mid-1900 european style building. Is it big? Well, considering it has more than 1100 pieces of redstone inside it, yes, it's pretty big. All the lights inside the theatre are controlled inside the Auditorium Booth, taking the atmosphere to a whole new level.
Excelsior Theater is located in the Theater District of Nippia, along Starway. Below are directions to get to the theater...
...from ZN20 MRT station:
- Take the KTA Nippia Metro S Central Shuttle or the KTA Bus NP1 to Walk of Stars.
...from ZN21 MRT station:
- Take the KTA Nippia Metro J or the KTA Bus NP1 to Walk of Stars.
...from Starlight Square:
- Take the KTA Nippia Metro J or the KTA Bus NP1 or NP5 to Walk of Stars.
...from Zephyr Exchange:
- Take the KTA Nippia Metro C to Nippia Central - ZN20. Then,
- Take the KTA Nippia Metro S Central Shuttle or the KTA Bus NP1 to Walk of Stars.
...from the CUANT Tower:
- Take the KTA Nippia Metro S Central Shuttle or the KTA Bus NP5 to Walk of Stars.
