Salmonidae Fishery is a subsidiary of Moose Interests LTD. that specializes in sourcing and selling high-quality, sustainably caught, fresh fish to the citizens of the MRT. We have an office in Monte Isola that serves as our sourcing operations center, overseeing our fishing efforts in the nearby waters, and we have a processing facility in Whitechapel, which sorts our fish, steams them, and packages them for shipment to stores.
