The Shenghua Frank Reynolds Heliport is a heliport in the city of Shenghua. It has one helipad which is served by the FSHeli Yellow Line. The heliport was built in a day on March 11, 2021, and opened that afternoon. It is named after Frank Reynolds, who was murdered by Crimson V. Master in Keriyowna on August 15, 2020. It does not have immigration facilities as it is designed for flights within the Federated States only.
