The Spruce Plains Railway Corridor is an under-construction railway corridor that runs through Spruce Plains. The corridor aims to connect Spruce Plains' two rail hubs - Northstar Central and Manitou Central - to each other as well as to regulate rail traffic running through Spruce Plains. A map will be released soon.

Information

The corridor itself runs underneath Spruce Plains. It is a warp train corridor; at this time there are no plans to include a minecart section. There are two main sections: the north-south track and the east-west track. There is a coloring scheme to assist trains on the corridor: if brown-orange is to your left, you are on the north-south track bypassing Northstar Central. If brown-lime is to your left, you are on the east-west track bypassing Manitou Central. If brown-white is to your left, you are entering either Northstar Central or Manitou Central.

Stations

Northstar Central

Northstar Central is located near the heart of Spruce Plains. The station is named after the Northstar Line in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This station will mainly handle north-south rail traffic. Located right below T20, Northstar Central was the first hub built in Spruce Plains. Northstar Central offers connections to the Spruce Plains Transit Authority Blue Line and planned Orange Line. Once the warp train portion is complete, it is planned to serve WMB Commuter Rail and BluRail.

Manitou Central

Manitou Central is a planned station located in the bureaucratic heart of Spruce Plains. The station is named after George H. Crosby Manitou State Park near Finland, Minnesota. This station will mainly handle rail traffic coming from the west and southwest. This is the second rail hub that will be built. It will be located underneath the planned Government Center. This station may serve Fred Rail and will serve NewRail.

Track Usage Requests

If your rail company would like to use the Spruce Plains Railway Corridor, please contact shadowboarder in-game or leave your name and rail company here and shadowboarder will contact you later. All trains stopping at Northstar Central or Manitou Central are automatically granted track usage rights for that specific route.
