To improve the article, I would recommend the following:

• well-written -  Not done The article has some minor syntax issues, I can fix those before it is promoted to featured status if all other errors are corrected, so no actions are needed by others for now.
• comprehensive -  Not done The "San Francisco Freeway" section is listed as WIP. Please fill it with the appropriate information.
• neutral -  Done
• of a proper length -  Done Some minor information can be excluded in a few sections, but I can fix that.
• distinguishes between role-play and real aspects -  Not done
• stable -  Done
• free of plagarism -  Done
• lead -  Done Other than some minor formatting, the information there is good.
• appropriate structure -  Not done Only thing is that "trivia" section and blank sections like "Demographics" should not be there. I can do this fix.
• proper infobox -  Not done Please upload the images in the collage separately and I can put them in the infobox using the correct format.
• useful images -  Done
• proper formatting -  Not done As your district and tourism (which should be renamed to landmarks) sections have only little text, they should be listed in bullet points. See Lapis Bay#City layout for correct formatting in the future. I can do this for you.
• history, development, or background section -  Done All information necessary is there to my knowledge, I will fix the formatting.

Overall, a good starting point, and I can fix the formatting to make it featured quality. What I need from any of the editors of this page is: separate image files uploaded with proper names of the images in the collage in the infobox and add information in regards to the "San Francisco Freeway" section. I can do the rest.
