Lazio

Lazio is an unranked town founded and governed by RainbowSlimee.

Location

The town is located at coordinates 23978 -17462, with the city itself being on a plains biome. The town was built within a narrow peninsula, with it being surrounded by the Northern Ocean.

History

Lazio truly started on the 28th of October, 2023, when RainbowSlimee started construction on St. Zuoj's Basilica. The cathedral was originally built in a completely different location, a couple of thousand blocks south of Nuuk, however, Slime decided to change the location once he completed St. Zuoj's Basilica on the Lab World and transferred it back to the New World.

Geography

Lazio's geography is supposed to replicate Italian geography, specifically, the temperatures that appear inside of Central Italy, around the location where the real Lazio region exists. The area is quite flat, mostly containing plains with a swamp being west of the city. The swamp is protected by the committee of Lazio and must never be built on.

Temperature

Temperatures in Lazio are very close to Rome's, however, it is a bit colder in the summer and a bit warmer in the winter than inside an equivalent city, Rome. Information on temperatures and rainfall will be given once the CMdL (Comitato Meteorologico del Lazio) is formed.

Architecture

The architecture of Lazio is mimicking 16th century Italian architecture. Major landmarks that show the renaissance style of the city include: St. Zuoj's Cathedral.
