MervRail-Silent Plains Station is a train station located in Silent Plains.

History

MervRail-Silent Plains was originally meant to be the railway terminus of the Tokaido Shinkansen. However, months of inactivity of MervRail has seen an absurd decision made by Awsomekeldeo to claim the nearby land for the town of Silent Plains.

Upon returning to active contribution, MervRail was given permission to construct the station while extending the Tokaido Shinkansen downwards towards Bearainstein

After construction of MervRail-Silent Plains Station, Silent Plains Central was built under Awsomekeldeo, determined to be the true Central Station for the town. Seeing predicted fall in ridership as many will choose lines calling at the Central Station, MervRail has since decided that most Express and Semi-Express Services on the line will not call at the station. Moreover, alternative connections such as Southern Plains Rail's Bearainstein line connects Bearainstein to Silent Plains.

As the MRT Plains Line has been extended to serve Silent Plains, it adds another route between the South-Eastern Towns. Henceforth, as of 20th October 2021, MervRail-Silent Plains will only be served by hourly Local Services.

Nearby Locations

Silent Plains Town Hall is directly next to the Station. Roads to other parts of the town can be easily accessed.

Silent Plains Metro Line C, with a station below the Town Hall, connects to the station by lift and a little bit of walking.
