National Airlines Arena

The National Airlines Arena, formerly known as Utican Financial Centre from 1986 to 2001, is a spleef arena in Bowage, New Mayton City, Kanata.

History

The spleef arena was originally built in 1985 for the New Mayton City Sports Expedition as simply the Bowage Spleef Arena, and after the expedition naming rights to the arena were given to the Utican Financial Corporation, who renamed it the Utican Financial Centre.

On February 21st, 2001 Utican Financial Corporation declared bankruptcy and thus naming rights were sold again to National Airlines, who renamed it National Airlines Arena.

A New Mayton City spleef team to play for Major League Spleef are in talks currently, and the current plan is for the team to play home games in National Airlines Arena.
