The National Assembly is the sole chamber of the Parliament of Northern Peninsula. It is located on Capitol Beach, Peninsula Capital, adjacent to the main government offices.

The National Assembly consists of 46 seats, which are elected proportional to the percentage of the presidential popular vote. 38 of the seats are connected to a single member district, while the other 8 seats are connected to double member districts, all of which are in Westbeach due to its great population density. The single member districts all correspond to one constituency in Northern Peninsula. The party which has won the presidential election will win every seat that they have a majority in, unless they have a majority of seats larger than the popular vote. If the popular vote surpasses the amount of constituencies the winning party had a majority in, then the party will gain the subsequent seats that have the closest margins.

The National Assembly was formed in 1967, following the dissolution of the Senate. The parliament building has been moved various times throughout its history, however a permanent one was erected in 2002 in Peninsula Capital. Gradually over time through the expansion of the country, more seats were added. In the January 2023 elections, 5 additional seats were contested due to the annexation of Westbeach into Northern Peninsula.
