History

Ontario was originally laid out as State 4, as the usual unclaimed state naming went.

On May 6th, 2022, State 4 was claimed by Spegit and promptly renamed Ontario, after the real-life Canadian province of Ontario.

On the same day the state's capital was founded, being named Soundview.

Soundview quickly grew, with a cruise terminal and a new television network being formed, the Ontario Broadcasting Service.

Ontario is currently in the process of making a small state highway that will branch out of northern Soundview and form a new town in the northwest of the state, and end at the Meridia-FSNW border.
