Safety of the Juhwa Islands is to be one of the most culturally, technologically, and conveniently developed in the MRT World.

For the Juhwa Islands, 222 is the primary number to dial for emergency. In case one is unclear on what emergency they are in, or cannot remember what department to call, 222 is always used. Once there, the service will redirect you to the suitable department directly to complete your call.

Once dialing 222 or 282 on a phone booth, or a phone with GPS locator / service, if vocal communication is unavailable for any reason, dialing "808" afterwards will activate immediate police rescue.

Due to the fact that the emergency numbers were designated as such, addresses with building numbers 20, 25, and 28 are always reserved for veterinaries, fire brigade, and police stations respectively.

Medical Development

The Government of Juhwa Islands ordered the establishment of an organization that would be responsible for all medical development of the Juhwa Islands, and therefore formed the Euisulguk (Korean: 의술국 / Japanese: 医術局), or the ESK for short. The name directly means the 'medical agency' in Korean. The ESK is the government of all medically related departments, from major hospital complexes to medical research labs.

Veterinary (Hospital)

There are a total of eight designated major veterinary centers across the Juhwa Islands- three are in Sagal-do, two are in Inok-do, and three are in Gijo-do. Together, they form to be the most medically dense country in the MRT World- more veterinaries (hospitals) are to be within Juhwa Islands than any other state, city, or town. The designations are ordered by the ESK.

All eight major veterinaries of Juhwa Islands are designated trauma centers to ensure an absolute mark of guarantee on safety first, and health priority. They all also have medical helipads for bringing patients from overseas territories, and neighboring foreign territories.

• Major Hubs are mega-veterinaries that holds the capability to accommodate every variety and dimension of medical requirements or assistance. Major hubs are usually assigned to the biggest facility available in the province, and also maintain a medical laboratory to develop and be the first to deploy the most modern medicines for commercial use- if other hospitals are unable to perform assistance due to lack of resource or technology, they transfer patients to Major Hubs.

• Priority Districts for Trauma Centers (PTDC) are assigned to each veterinaries; this is implemented for a quick, sharp response to move a severely injured patient. However in the event of unavailability, a different hospital must temporarily take over the district. All veterinaries of the Province of Sagal are required mandatory to service trauma centers to the C.D. (000).

Covering the southeastern Province of Sagal, Seng-Sang Hospital first broke ground as early as May of 2017, when The Union of Juhwa Islands was newly established.

Medical Diplomacy

The ESK is a genuine promoter of global peace and stability, and regards injured patients from anywhere as those who requires help. The ESK maintains a mandatory policy for all hospitals to service everyone who requires any sort of medical assistance- even to the population of the enemy state.

The ESK, on behalf of the Government of Juhwa, maintains a medical diplomacy with their neighbors. This means that both the Juhwa Islands, and the other government of the diplomacy are automatically permitted to allow their medical powers to enter each other's territory with valid purpose, such as medical helicopters and medics.
