City of Cornwall v. Seshpenguin was a criminal prosecution of Seshpenguin on the charge of 4 counts of murder on December 20, 2023.

On December 20, 2023, Spegit, Melecie, and TheRealTinny_10 were found dead in Cornwall, Kanata near NE30 MRT station. Seshpenguin, mayor of Pixl, was reportedly seen fleeing the scene. Seshpenguin pleaded not guilty and was found as such by the jury and judge.

Pre-Trial

Spegit announced in media for everyone involved in the case to teleport to Cornwall's courthouse. Seshpenguin was placed in a cage, and the jury took their seats. Seshpenguin remarked to the judge about her festive skin.

Opening statement

Pillck, the defendant, made his opening remarks. "Objection, nothing happened, it was all a dream.". Judge Spegit ignored this and proceeded with the trial.

Defense's case

Judge Spegit asked Seshpenguin what he was doing on the night of the deaths. "I was in Pixl, doing Pixl things". The defendant Pillck seconded this statement.

Upon being asked on what they were doing the night they died, Melecie responded "I was in house eating dorito".

Decision

Judge Spegit asked Seshpenguin how he pleads, responding with non-guilty. The jury agreed with this motion, and Seshpenguin was cleared of charges.
