Capitol Transit is a Sequoian public transport company wholly owned by Dogwood Metro Rail that handles its operations outside of Dogwood.

Bus
In June 2021, Capitol Transit was awarded the Vulpiforest concession in Autunno. As of 2022, Capitol Transit Autunno has yet to commence operations.
Cypress
Light rail
The Cypress Light Rail is a light rail system operating in downtown Cypress, operated jointly by the city of Cypress and Capitol Transit Cypress. The system operates in two services, A and B , both of which run in a clockwise direction.
The initial section between MetroCenter and Town Hall-MRT opened on January 23, 2022.

Light rail
The Parkland Area Express (PAX) is a light rail rapid transit system serving Parkland. The system is managed by Capitol Transit Parkland and consists of two lines: the 1 Line, which begins at Magville and ends at Southgate and the 2 Line, which begins at Surrey Ridge and ends at Mallard.
1 Line
The 1 Line began commercial operations between Embassy and Little Miu Wan on May 16, 2022. On June 5, 2022, service on the 1 Line extended to Cedar Hill, followed by a northern extension to McRae on November 11, 2022 and another southern extension to Southgate on October 29, 2023.

Proto is the branding for the contactless payment system used on some Capitol Transit systems. The system has been rolled out to Walczaka and Parkland and will eventually roll out to every Capitol Transit system.
