History
The Beginnings (Dec 2023-Feb 2024)
Clover was founded on the 9th December 2023. Amber found the location for her town after pressing the pointless stupidity button, which after a few tries, she ended up in U90, the station next to where Clover would be. Once she saw U89's location and how good it was, she decided to build a town there. However, the town would not be registered up till 5 days later on the 14th of December. The first building built in Clover was a now demolished dirt hut serving as the temporary base of operations for MRTvoyage. It was demolished a few days later to facilitate actual development after terraforming of the nearby land was finished. After then, a few shops were built around in Stationside and a town hall as well as some streets and roads. On the 14th of December 2023, Clover finally was registered (after a bunch of procrastination in doing so). Shortly, more commercial buildings were built in Stationside. However, filling those stores would prove too difficult as there was too little supply of franchises yet too much franchise plots available. Hence, development on Stationside was halted, and the terraforming and planning of Evergreen begun. After it was done, all the roads were widened from 2 blocks per lane to 3 and roads were paved northwards towards Evergreen. The Rainbow Bridge was built during this time. Shortly after, around Christmas of 2023 the first skyscrapers in Clover were built in Evergreen, and construction of them accelerated preparing the city for the rank of Councilor. Finally, on the 30th of December 2023, Clover received the rank of [Councillor].
After Councillor, not much buildings were built due to planning and the starting of Amber's school. After a while though, on the 7th of January 2024 Clover West Beach Terminal was completed, allowing for the first helicopter, seaplanes and boat routes to Clover. Unfortunately, there still was not much progress, as she focused on other stuff such as planning, side projects, and interacting more with the community in general. On the plus side, Clover was starting to fix its franchise plot problem, by self fulfilling them with one-off franchises and expanding plots to make them bigger. On the 31st of January, a plan for a road to Clover was started and around early February, planning of Clover Central train station started. A few days later on the 7th of February, a Mayor Endorsement was submitted for Clover, however it never got anywhere. Unfortunately, on the 17th of February 2024, a certain incident would occur, making Amber leave the server for a break.
Before returning to the MRT however, the activity of Clover after coming back would almost be completely destroyed as Amber wanted to build a new town in a completely new style far away from the Zeta Southeast. Fortunately, when returning, those thoughts did not come to fruition.
After Break (April 2024-Now)
After returning to the MRT, Amber came back with lots of plans for Clover. On the 1st of April 2024, she published a plan for a new district, Portville which will be similar to the typical reclaimed land district in Japan, with plans for hotels, malls, a TV Broadcasting Center, and a theme park. Later that same day, she revamped the plans for the West Beach district, turning it into a luxury high end shopping street instead of a mixed residential and commercial district. The old plans for a building similar to the Tokyo Skytree in that area were also removed, instead it was planned to be moved further from downtown. A few days later, construction on a new district, Potatoburg would commence. After building a few more buildings in both West Beach and Potatoburg districts, she would submit her second Mayor Endorsement for Clover, this time it would turn out successful and on the 26th of April 2024, Clover finally got the rank of [Mayor].
