Le Midi Hotel is a resort franchise founded by Camelfantasy when he built a hotel for the beach shoreline of Fort Yaxier. It is based off of The Chitou Le Midi Hotel located in Nantou County, Taiwan.
Locations
Currently only one version is available for purchase, which is about 140m x 140m (central open area can be taken out if needed). It is best located at a street corner, and if the central outdoor area is included, it is best located with it facing an open area such as a plain, mountain, or water feature. The hotel is currently still under construction, and as such a price has not been set yet.
Note: Due to the size of the hotel only towns exceeding certain sizes will be allocated a location. Mayor towns and above automatically fit the requirement, while Councillor and below will be considered on a case by base basis.

Description
The hotel itself is in the style of a classic French building, although it has modern accessories. Its main structure is two wings set at a 90 degree angle at each other and joining at a central rectangular area, with a large outdoor area formed by them. The lobby, main dining room, and music lounge are located on the first floor, as well as a separated tea room. The second floor has a gym, assembly/meeting room, bar, and general lounge. All rooms are located on floors 3-6, with standard 2-bed rooms as well as suites. Floor 7 houses several large conference rooms.
Rooms
There are two types of rooms at LMH, standard and suite. Standard rooms have two queen beds, TV, desk, wardrobe, and bathroom with separated shower stall and bathtub. Suite rooms have two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds, a living room with a TV, and a kitchen with a dining table.
