Metropolitan South Association
The Metropolitan South Association is a regional mpo based in Vanderbilt serving the southern hemisphere of New World. It was created by Minecraft252 on August 12, 2023. The mpo headquarters building was constructed within Vanderbilt on August 12, 2023. The mpo created a credit union on August 21, 2023, with the first location being constructed within the town of Bristol Springs. The name of the credit union is Metropolitan South Association Credit Union. A television station on Channel 0 based out of Carolina serves the mpo. The Metropolitan South Association is named in honour of the Metropolitan North Association. The mpo aims to expand the development of New World one block at a time.

All four towns of Vanderbilt, Carolina, Bristol Springs, and Patterson joined the mpo on August 12, 2023. Whitehorse Lakes joined the mpo on August 31, 2023. McCoy joined the mpo on September 6, 2023.
MSA Rail
MSA Rail is the mpo railroad for the Metropolitan South Association mpo. It was created on September 6, 2023, and currently serves Vanderbilt, Carolina, and Bristol Springs with each town having one train station. Service from Vanderbilt to Bristol Springs started from September 6, 2023, while service onward to Carolina from Bristol Springs started from September 7, 2023. Bicycle parking is available at the Carolina train station.
