Carolina is a councillor town that was founded by Minecraft252 on December 13, 2021. The mayor of Carolina is Minecraft252 and the deputy mayor is Spegit007. The town is located in the southern New World. Carolina is located very far away from both Cape Cambridge and Auburn. Carolina is north of Bristol Springs, northeast of Finleyville, Aken Ridge, Knoxville, and Vanderbilt, and southwest of New Genisys, Foresne, Dand, Hudson, and Patterson. It achieved councillor on February 11, 2022. There are 91 buildings within town limits currently (90 of them built by Minecraft252 and one built by Saltedline). The town flower is the sunflower and sunflowers can be found throughout the town. There are several unnamed roads within Carolina along with one named road called MC252. Pidgeon helped Minecraft252 build some of the MC252 road. There is also an exclusive road for riding horses known as Carolina Horse Expressway. Beyond the roads, Carolina offers lots of walking paths. Saltedline helped improve several walking paths in central Carolina. The vast majority of town buildings have a variation of light blue, blue, and red concrete within the buildings due to those aforementioned colours representing universities in North Carolina in real life: University of North Carolina-light blue, Duke University-blue, and North Carolina State University-red. Carolina has four town parks including Carolina Park and Carolina Park Tennis Court (located within Carolina Park), Town Hall Park, College View Park, and Roanoke Park. The flag of Carolina can be found near Carolina Town Hall (just a flag of both white and light blue wool). Additionally, Carolina Helipad is located within the southside of town. Also additionally, Carolina Small Ocean is located south of Bristol International University Carolina Campus. Also additionally, Carolina Forest is located on the eastside of town.

Carolina Helipad
On February 28, 2022, the town of Carolina established Carolina Helipad. The helipad is located on the southside of Carolina. Helicopter service from Carolina goes to Bristol (BST at North Bristol Helipad there) from February 28, 2022, and to Vale Oeste from April 16, 2022.
Carolina Transit aka CAT
Carolina formed Carolina Transit aka CAT on March 1, 2022, and finally received improvement on August 23, 2023. It is the municipal bus system for the town of Carolina. CAT currently offers one bus route with five bus stops. The stops are: Carolina Helipad, Carolina College, Carolina Town Hall, South Carolina, and South Carolina University. CAT utilizes a small bus only transitway near South Carolina University.
Carolina Cherry Line Railroad
Carolina Cherry Line Railroad was created on August 27, 2023. Four train stations were constructed on August 27, 2023, two train stations were constructed on August 28, 2023, and one train station was constructed on September 9, 2023.
MC252 Road
MC252 is a road that was originally constructed within Carolina on August 6, 2022, and expanded at a later date. MC252 is of course named in honour of the town mayor: Minecraft252.
Carolina Horse Expressway
Carolina Horse Expressway was constructed within Carolina on April 23, 2022. As the name implies, it is a roadway exclusive for horse travel via horses. It is free to use with horses available for riding throughout the expressway. Carolina Horse Expressway serves northern, southern, and eastern parts of Carolina. Bristol Brew Coffee Company Aquarium is located right by Carolina Horse Expressway in the eastern part of Carolina.
Carolina Commuter Walking Highway
On August 6, 2022, Carolina Commuter Walking Highway opened within the southern and western parts of Carolina. It was widened in some spots on August 8, 2022.
Bristol Brew Coffee Company Aquarium
Bristol Brew Coffee Company Aquarium was constructed within Carolina on April 24, 2022, and is located right by Carolina Horse Expressway.
Grand Carolina Mud Pit
On October 22, 2022, Grand Carolina Mud Pit was created on the westside of town due to mud now being available within Minecraft.
Carolina Theatre
Carolina Theatre was constructed within Carolina on July 23, 2022. The theatre does contain a restaurant called The Theatre Restaurant. It is the farthest north development in all of Carolina.
The Carolina Indoor Garden
The Carolina Indoor Garden was constructed within Carolina on July 24, 2022. It is located just west of Carolina Theatre.
Carolina Small Ocean
On June 17, 2022, Carolina Small Ocean was created. It should be noted that Carolina Small Ocean is actually not an ocean at all and is just the town lake for Carolina. The lake will receive improvements over time including the usage of many flowering azalea leaves among other things. The creation of the lake is part of a future mayoral bid for the town.
Billy Graham Prayer Trail
The Billy Graham Prayer Trail was created within Carolina on August 28, 2023, and is served by a Carolina Cherry Line Railroad train station.
Higher Education
Carolina has the Carolina campus of Bristol International University (undergraduate students only), South Carolina University (Freshman/Sophomore undergraduate students only), West Carolina University (Junior/Senior undergraduate students only), Carolina Agricultural University (undergraduate students only), and Carolina College (graduate and undergraduate students) as schooling options for higher education.

Carolina is connected to Bristol Springs, Whitehorse Lake Springs, and Patterson via road as well as to both Bristol Springs and Patterson via walking paths. Carolina is connected to Bristol Springs via both the Minecraft252 Elevator Train and the MSA Rail which runs from Carolina south all the way to Vanderbilt.

Channel 0 Television Station
Channel 0 Television Station for Carolina was created on August 27, 2023, and is currently the only television station available within the Carolina region. It airs on TV on Channel 0. While the television station mainly focuses on Carolina, it does focus on Vanderbilt, Hudson, Bristol Springs, Whitehorse Lake Springs, and Patterson each a little bit. Channel 0 does have a television station tower located just south of the studios for the channel.
Lore
Two brothers, one named Mario Lopez and the other named Luigi Lopez, from Chicagoland (was named Mesacago when they left that town) decided they wanted to move really far south in New World seeking to create an oasis for vehicles. They chanced upon an almost entirely flat expanse of land by a river and thus Carolina was born. If you are ever on the roads of Carolina nowadays, look for Mario Lopez at Duke House and Luigi Lopez at the Carolina location of Panera Bread.
