Newport-on-Tay is a small town located at C8 on the MRT Circle Line. Originally created by FirixQ during Autumn 2014, this small town has been modeled to promote walking and not the use of roads. However recent expansion into the sand areas to the northwest has included roads to attract business.
Another new addition is the mansion estate to the southeast. Currently, only three houses have been completed.
