Palm Paradise is a town on the MRT Server off the coast of B8. It is owned by Paradise Inc. and managed by its mayor, Mustang guy. The town is being modeled after the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE. Palm Paradise is separated into three sections, the Base, the Trunk, and the Fronds. The Fronds are the only parts not built yet on the Palm Paradise.
The Base
The Base is home to the town hall, Palm Paradise Transit Hub, Paradise Tower, Power Control Station, and many franchises.

The Trunk
The Trunk consists of Palm Avenue which goes the length of the trunk providing access to the Fronds and the PDT Palm Loop rail line.
The Fronds
The Fronds are the parts of Palm Paradise that radiate from the Trunk and resemble palm leaves. The upper Fronds are devoted for private villas bestowed upon members of the server by mustang_guy. The middle two Fronds are parks open to everyone to enjoy. The lower Fronds are devoted to and styled after a certain country in the real world such as The United States of America. Only one Frond can be used for a country and only one country can be on one Frond. Each Frond will include a landmark from its respective country, ie. France having an Eiffel Tower for its landmark.
Transit Hub
The Transit Hub is exactly what it is named, the hub of transit for the Palm Paradise.
