IntraSail is a ferry service by Intra, which seeks to connect coastal cities and regions underserved by the rest of Intra. IntraSail was founded in January 2017 with the goal of operating service from Zaquar Winfrey Waterport, but service was only opened to three cities before the project was abandoned. In 2022, IntraSail is planning to relaunch from scratch, and work is underway on new lines to be served by new boats.

Route Network Design

IntraSail, upon its relaunch, will operate a linear route system of lines extending radially from Gamma across the New World towards Zeta, with a focus on serving areas which are not adequately served by Intra's other services, mainly IntraRail and IntraAir. IntraSail will have two types of lines: main lines and branch lines. Main lines mostly will originate from IntraSail's Gamma hubs at Zaquar Winfrey Waterport and MRT Marina, and travel outward long distances towards the Zeta border. Each main line will focus on serving a certain broad region, connecting that region to the middle of the server. Branch lines, using smaller ferries, will act as shorter distance regional spurs of main lines, allowing IntraSail to serve more places in the regions main lines pass through.

Main lines will be labeled with a number, such as line [ 1 ]. Branch lines will be labeled as lettered sub-lines of main lines, such as line [ 1a ]. All lines will also have names, similar to IntraRail.

IntraSail's legacy routes, operated since 2017 (with a two year service suspension during the Kitania Civil War), run direct service from Zaquar to different cities. Only three routes ever opened, and will be discontinued once IntraSail's relaunch commences.

Fleet

IntraSail, upon its relaunch will use two ferry models from AutoDesignZ.

AutoDesignZ Aqua 1

The AutoDesignZ Aqua 1 is IntraSail's primary vessel used on main lines. With a width of 9 blocks and a length of 26 blocks, the Aqua 1 is a medium sized ferry capable of carrying up to 23 seated passengers. The vessel can board from two doors on either side or from the back, and also contains space for bike parking.

AutoDesignZ Aqua 3

The AutoDesignZ Aqua 3 is IntraSail's smaller vessel used on branch lines. With a width of 5 blocks and a length of 17 blocks, the Aqua 3 is substantially smaller than the Aqua 1, and can only carry up to 4 seated passengers. The vessel boards from one door on each side near the back.

BART Boats

IntraSail's legacy routes are operated by boats built by BART. These 33 long and 9 wide vessels carry up to 20 seated passengers, and board from the back. These boats have been in service since 2017, but will be retired once IntraSail relaunches and its legacy routes are discontinued.
