John Wayne Bus Station is a bus station located in southeastern Bristol located near A55 station on MRT Arctic Line. It serves Bristol Bolt Bus which is the local bus service for Bristol as well as some intercity bus companies. It was built and opened on November 22, 2021, when B844 was connected to Bristol. The bus station is named in honour of John Wayne, an American actor. The station building features rooftop solar panels and is one of the few builds in Bristol to do so.

The bus station has seven (7) bays located outside on the station property.

Originating from the bus station, there are three local bus routes serving Bristol with two of them utilizing bus-only bus roads called busways. Bristol Busway (westside) was created on May 10, 2024, and Bristol Busway (eastside) was created on May 15, 2024.
