Survivor: El Calor, also commonly known as Survivor 2, is the second season of Survivor hosted by AyyLion. The season premiered with its first session on May 18, 2019 and had its finale on June 16, 2019. 15 contestants competed in episodes in a blended game show format: the game was played in sessions, similar to game shows such as The Mole or The Amazing Race, but in a continuous day-to-day Discord similar to Big Brother.
Production
The season was announced on February 2, 2019 following the conclusion of Game X: The Portals of Hell, with an expected application opening date of March 14, 2019. However, applications opened early on March 9, 2019, after the March 2019 GSM. Survivor: Utara winner MinecraftYoshi26 joined in the production of this season. The tribe names and colors were announced on May 5, 2019 on the MRT Discord through promotional photos. On May 15, 2019, a final promotional image was released featuring the entrance of the cave leading to the Tribal Council area.
The logo is originally from the logo of the real season Survivor: The Australian Outback, edited by MinecraftYoshi26.

Season summary
The season started with castaways divided into 2 tribes, Tonopah and Yuma. As there were 15 castaways, one would not fit on the tribes-PineappleMaster2 was immediately exiled. He joined the Yuma tribe following their attendance at the first Tribal Council. The exile twist was officially announced during the second episode after the Reward Challenge. The first session was characterized by the Tonopah tribe exerting their challenge prowess and sending Yuma to every Tribal Council. Between the first and second sessions, it became known that Echohue could no longer attend any future sessions, causing him to be medically evacuated from the game.

- d. ^ The first Tribal Council vote resulted in a tie. Per the rules, a second vote was held where the castaways involved in the tie would not vote and the remaining castaways could only vote for the two tied.

- f. ^ Red_Ray played a hidden immunity idol on himself, therefore three votes against him were not counted.
