Cooper County is a county in southern Neverta, Meridia. It is the second-largest county in the state, behind Sycamore Valley County, as well as the most populus in lore. It holds the capital of the state, New Prubourne, which is also the county seat. It is bordered by Johnston County to the south and west, and Princeton, Southplain, and Sycamore Valley counties to the north and west.
