The B46 is a 2-kilometer-long B-class New World highway between Rattlerville, Maricopa and New Prubourne, Neverta in Meridia.

After entering Neverta, the road is paved with stone and uses a small divider line. It travels over the Loop River (named for the loop the river makes) and passes under a Fred Rail bridge, reaching Goodsprings. After Goodsprings it passes by Jiggs and crosses the Prubourne River. After an interchange with the B47, it goes into a tunnel and crosses the river again. It turns diagonally to reach New Prubourne, where it becomes a median separated freeway. It has two exits in the city and an interchange with the B460. It currently ends at Bart Street, however there are plans to continue the road in the town.
