Districts

Districts act as towns in many ways, (though for simplicity reasons, they are classified as towns in many official documents) however the overarching authority over them is the city council, mainly for major regulation/legislation and regional planning. However, they are free to make smaller local laws, and they are in charge of most services. Note that the downtown areas and the subdistricts in close proximity to them in Heaven City and Titsensaki are not classified as districts as their services are fully operated by the city councils, and are generally not distinct law-wise.

Notes

  • Titsensaki City and Heaven City Downtown are both districts of Titsensaki and Heaven City respectively, but are not listed on this page as they account for the central areas of both cities, and would count under the self-maintaining town list due to their power over other districts.
  • Gartner Vale technically has a district (Havenstad), however it was only created in preparation of future expansion, and as of now no other district in the town exists. On this page, Havenstad is not listed due to its current redundancy.
