Multi Retail Services is a subsidiary of Multi Properties which operates and manages malls across the New World. The subsidiary was founded on July 3, 2021 and currently operates four shopping centers.
History
In June 2021, Multi Properties’ precursor MineGroup L14 opened their first mall in Deadbush on the former site of Deadbush Edgecliff Airport, named Edgecliff Retail Park. With MineGroup L14 being sold to Variety Brands only a month after its opening, management was passed to the latter.
After its acquisition, a new subsidiary was created to handle Multi Properties’s retail needs. Multi Retail Services, then known as Magnolia Retail Services, would go on to develop its flagship property Mall of Plains and Calgary’s CrossIron Village, both of which opened in late 2021.
