Multi Corporation, doing business as Multi and formerly Variety Brands (VB), is a Sequoian conglomerate owned wholly by STthecat. The company was founded on June 16, 2021 through the merger of Wuster's Burgers Corporation and Stop n' Slep, aiming to have a variety of franchises available.
History
Multi Corporation was founded on June 16, 2021 as Variety Brands by STthecat to reconsolidate his two franchises, Wuster's Burgers and Stop n' Slep.
On July 3, 2021, MineGroup L14 sold all of their subsidiaries to Variety Brands, ending MineGroup's 2 months in the MRT market. All former MineGroup L14 subsidiaries are rebranded into Magnolia. That same month, Sandstone Buss became a subsidiary of Variety Brands.
On November 4, 2021, three companies became subsidiaries of Variety Brands, namely LBC, the leading television broadcaster in Dogwood, Dream Cinemas and the STARLux brand of air conditioners, which had a monopoly on the air conditioning industry in Dogwood. Following this, LBC and Dream Cinemas were organised under VIBE Entertainment (now Multi Entertainment).
On October 25, 2023, Variety Brands rebranded to its present name of Multi Corporation, coinciding with a massive reorganisation of its subsidiaries.
Since 2007, Multi has owned the naming rights to the main spleef arena in Calgary, Kanata, Multi Centre.
