Espil Public Works (EPW), is responsible for water, sewage, and local road infrastructure in Espil (highways fall under the jurisdiction of EstiNet).

Notable Projects
Iakuse and Estify River
The Estify Region rivers project was originally initiated in Ecilidae in 2020.
Over the following years, the department embarked on aggressive river construction throughout the region, which involved the reconstruction of several highways and key infrastructure in Espil.
Notably, the former border road between Pixl and Espil (Estify Ave.) was demolished in favour of a river to separate the cities, which is now known as the Estify River.
