The International Co-Operational Group of Cities, Towns and Commercial Entities (ICGoCTaCE or ICG for short) is a MPO.

Governing System

Complete Council

The Complete Council of the ICG is formed of all of the representatives of the Membership.

Central Council

The Central Council of the ICG is formed of all current and former Chairs and Deputy Chairs, and representatives of the most powerful members.

Deputy Chair

The Deputy Chair of the ICG is an individual chosen by the Chair to be their successor. They are second only to the Chair, and are permanently on the Central Council. Currently, the position is held by NetworkSoutheast.

Chair

The Chair of the ICG has control of minor affairs in the day-to-day running of the ICG. The Chair holds their position until resignation (formal or automatic), when power passes to the Deputy Chair. If the deputy chair cannot be found, it will come down to a vote in the Complete Council for a member of the Central Council to receive the seat. Chairs are permanently on the Central Council. The current Chair is Nexurian.

Embassies

The ICG sets up embassies in member towns and cities if allowed to. Currently, there is one being constructed in Rainer Bay.

Domestic Sub-Orgs

ICG International Policing Front

The ICG International Policing Front, or ICGIPF, is the lawkeeping branch of the ICG. It is deployed to help local police forces or to root out international criminal organisations.

ICG Order Restoration Team

Although similar to the ICGIPF, the ICG Order Restoration Team, or ICGORT, also includes construction experts and medics. It is used after a war, or during a period of instability.

ICG Health Organisation

The ICG Health Organisation, or ICGHO, is the healthcare branch of the ICG. Its operatives are nonviolent and are deployed to areas where local healthcare systems are failing.

ICG Department of Transit Co-Operation

The ICG Department of Transit Co-Operation, or ICGDoTC, is the branch of the ICG devoted to linking its members with transport links.

Economic Sub-Orgs

ICG Committee on the State of the Economy

The ICG Committee on the State of the Economy, or ICGCotSotE, is the committee of the ICG that makes economic decisions related to the bettering of the ICG’s economy.

ICG Committee on the Environment

The ICG Committee on the Environment, or ICGCotE, is the committee of the ICG that makes environmental decisions.

ICG Broadcast Commission

The ICG Broadcast Commision, or ICGBC, regulates and provides funding for news networks owned by ICG members.

Military Sub-Orgs

This section of the article is lore. Its information is fictitious and should not be considered factual.

All of the Military Sub-Organisations are controlled by ICG Military Command. This is formed of the Central Council and select individuals.

ICG Permanent Peacekeeping Force

The ICG’s Permanent Peacekeeping Force, or ICGPPF, is the omni-neutral permanent force of the ICG used to solve disputes between members or even between nonmembers. They are not deployed to support revolutions or quash them, but can be deployed against insurgents (but not revolutionary insurgents) and to stop fighting in contested areas or combat zones. It can also be deployed as a deterrent to members if they feel threatened by insurgents or other military powers, even without proof of danger.

ICG Permanent Task Force

The ICG’s Permanent Task Force, or ICGPTF, is the task force used to support revolutions and capture high-value targets. It is not used for peacekeeping reasons. The ICGPTF is used prior to a ICGCTTF being formed, and often deals with early stages of fighting. These are the most elite troops.

ICG Bureau of Intelligence

The ICG Bureau of Intelligence, or ICGBoI, is the intelligence gathering department of the military arm of the ICG. Operatives are used to steal or copy documents, sow discord, or semi-legally support revolutionary groups.

ICG Aerospace Patrol Department

The ICG’s Aerospace Patrol Department, or ICGAPD, is the permanent airborne arm of the ICG’s military. It works closely with the ICGNC.

Space Laser

Three points about our space laser:

  • 1: It is located near to Starbase 1.
  • 2: We will only fire it if we are attacked or if we need to cut cake.
  • 3: It is a redstone-crystal high-energy beam emitter with the designation RCBE-1.

Coalition Navy of the ICG

Main article: ICG Naval Coalition

The Coalition Navy of the ICG (also known as the ICG Naval Coalition or CNICG/ICGNC) is the naval branch of the ICG. It is used to patrol the waters around members or bases.

ICG Coalition Temporary Task Forces

If the Complete Council calls for, and the Central Council accepts the proposal to form one, an ICG Coalition Temporary Task Force, or ICGCTTF can be formed. These can be used for many roles, but only stand for the predefined time window, combined with any extensions.

Ground Tactics

Steel Shield Tactic Tanks and Infantry Offensive The armour (tanks) is used as a shield for the advancing infantry. Effective against enemy trench lines.
Nexurian Rush Stratagem Infantry, APCs and IFVs Offensive Fast moving infantry and infantry vehicles charge the enemy. Excels at pushing along rural stretches of road.
Scorpion Stratagem Tanks, Infantry and Artillery Offensive Two ‘Steel Shields’ with artillery support. Efficient counteroffensive if the enemy has put all of their forces in one place.
