Geography

Sandbanks is a town in Ward 2. It sits directly north of Campton and southeast of Oxford.

Directions

The fastest route to get to Sandbanks is to teleport to East Mesa (U54) from Central City (Use ‘/spawn’) and travel counterclockwise until Campton and Sandbanks (U49). After exiting the station, travel north and you will arrive in Sandbanks’ district of South Delta.

Helicopter-Based Links

Technically, as of 10/10/2023, Campton Heliport was renamed to Campton & Sandbanks Heliport, meaning that it will be cited by the Sandbanks City Council as “serving Nexus Square and South Delta.” The Sandbanks City Council does not run the heliport, as it is completely run by town authorities in Campton.

Sandbanks Combined Air Facility

SCAF was founded on Saturday the 21st of October 2023 by Nexurian, first serving as a heliport and VTOL hub. It has currently got a helicopter link to Memphis and a VTOL link to The Nexus.

South Delta

South Delta (abbreviated as SD) was the first district of Sandbanks to have construction begun. It borders Campton to the south, Delta to the north, and Nexus Square to the east. Currently, it has two roads: Campton Way (which connects to a short footpath to Campton) and Union Avenue (which runs parallel to the Union Line). The tallest building in SD (excluding the observation tower) is Phalanx Apartments, at 6 storeys and 48 blocks/metres tall.

Delta

Delta is the area of Sandbanks located to the north of South Delta.

Nexus Square

  • PDSS Postal Code: N2-SBK/NS

Nexus Square (abbreviated as NS) is the district of Sandbanks where the Nexi are/will be placed. It is named after The Nexus, which is in the middle of the district. There are currently two roads in NS: Nexus Square, which when finished will surround The Nexus; and Radio Way, which when finished will surround the MediaNexus. The tallest building in NS is The Nexus, at 131 blocks/metres tall. Excluding The Nexus, there is a height restriction of 64 blocks/metres in NS.

Nexi

The Nexi are a series of coloured cubes in Sandbanks. The Nexus is Sandbanks landmark. It is the first, and largest, of the Nexi.

Currently, there are two, with another 3 planned. They are:

• Nexus Apts. (Planned) [Pink]

• Nexus Office Block (Planned) [Light Blue]

Upcoming and Ongoing Projects

  • District Improvements in SD: South Delta will be expanded north and northwest.
  • Nexus Construction: The Nexus will continue to be worked on until it is completed.
  • District Development in NS: Nexus Square (the road) will be expanded to surround The Nexus. The currently unbuilt Nexi will be constructed.
