Miu Sai is a town that is ranked mayor that was founded by Minecraft252 on May 21, 2021. The mayor of Miu Sai is Minecraft252 and has served as mayor of the town from the beginning of the town to the present. On June 10, 2021, STthecat was declared the deputy mayor of Miu Sai. Miu Sai became a recognized town when the town attained councillor ranking status on June 13, 2021. Miu Sai attained mayor ranking status on October 15, 2021. Miu Sai itself is a located west of Miu Wan and east of the A34 MRT station. The only roads located within Miu Sai proper are roads on the extreme eastern outskirts including the B963 roadway which is a road connecting Miu Sai with both Miu Wan and New Miu Wan and connects Miu Sai with the rest of the New World. There are two main walking paths within town limits which are made out of stone though several smaller walking paths made out of smooth stone exist. Miu Sai is served with MWR rail service from Miu Sai to Hytown. Within Miu Sai itself, MWR train service runs from Hung Lam (Miu Sai Church area) to Miu Sai Heliport (MSI) via Miu Sai College, and Miu Sai Railway Station. Since MWR rail service from Miu Sai reaches Hytown from June 14, 2021, it has been possible to reach both Miu Wan and Miu Rattler from Miu Sai via Hytown via rail. Miu Sai Railway Station located within Miu Sai was built by HarborRandom852. Two non-Minecraft252 franchises currently exist within Miu Sai: Wuster's Burgers and 24/7. 24/7 is located within the aforementioned Miu Sai Railway Station. All other franchises within Miu Sai are Bristol-based franchises with one exception which will be stated later in this wiki. The town flower of Miu Sai is the poppy. From October 2021, Pizza Station is the only business franchise founded within and headquartered within Miu Sai. Miu Sai is part of Republic of Miu Wan and is among one of the most western of towns within the republic. As of October 8, 2021, Miu Sai is a member of the Federated States of the New World. A ski resort exists southeast of Miu Sai though located within Hytown town limits. The Miu Wan Tseng Tsz Leng International Airport exists a little bit east of Miu Sai and serves as the governor airport/international airport for Miu Wan. At that airport, Miu Wan now borders Miu Sai as of February of 2022.
Miu Sai Heliport
On June 13, 2021, Miu Sai Heliport (MSI) was built within Miu Sai and provides helicopter connections to several places including Miu Wan, Bristol, and Singaport amongst others.

Miu Sai offers a variety of educational experiences for students.
Higher Education
Bristol International University Miu Sai Campus offers three degrees in the disciplines of Humanities, Sciences, and Business at the town campus. Miu Sai College contains five buildings and six disciplines of study. Both higher education institutions within Miu Sai offer classes from February through October each year with no classes held in November, December, or January.
Pre-Higher Education
In terms of grades offered for Miu Sai public school education, the town elementary school serves grades K-6, the town middle school serves grades 7-8, and the town high school serves grades 9-12. Miu Sai High School contains four classrooms with eight disciplines of study: Classroom 1-Bristol History and Miu Wan History, Classroom 2-English and Chinese (traditional characters), Classroom 3-Art and Music, and Classroom 4-Mathematics and Science.
Television Stations
On September 27, 2021, two TV stations formed within Miu Sai. On channel 2, Local 2 Miu Sai TV formed with a building located within Miu Sai. On channel 3, ESPN formed with a building located within Miu Sai called ESPN Miu Sai Campus. On December 10, 2021, four TV stations formed within Miu Sai. On channel 4, TV 4 ABC Miu Sai formed. On channel 5, TV 5 NBC Miu Sai formed. On channel 6, TV 6 CBS Miu Sai formed. On channel 7, Fox Miu Sai formed. Channels 4 and 5 share a building while channels 6 and 7 share another building.

There is the Miu Sai Transit Centre located on the far eastern edge of Miu Sai that handles warp rail transport that passes through the Miu Sai region to other destinations within Republic of Miu Wan. It opened in the summer of 2021. It was built by STthecat though did receive a remodel by HarborRandom852 in the early part of February of 2022. As of January 30, 2022, B963 connects Miu Sai with Miu Wan via New Miu Wan. Miu Sai Parking Lot is right by B963 within Miu Sai allowing walking access to the rest of Miu Sai from Miu Sai Parking Lot. There is no building there at Miu Sai Parking Lot but parking for eight vehicles exists at that location. The town of Miu Sai has two bus stops within town limits which provide connection within Miu Sai with one of the stops providing connection to Miu Wan.
