The Mokupuni Islands are a group of islands near the southwestern border of Zeta. They were founded as a cruise ship hotspot, and are owned by AirplaneNiner. They are an exclave of the Eastern States.
History
Partly inspired by Itavanga, Mokupuni was founded by AirplaneNiner on April 26, 2021, as a group of islands that would become a cruise ship hotspot. All islands were claimed that day, and work started on the capital Nui Loa. On June 20, work on the second island, Li'ili'i, was started. The island had been bought by Azalea Group and renamed Azalea Cay, to be made into a private island resort. Similarly, Royal Nanseisian International had purchased Komohana, and renamed it Komohana Cay.
On 14 August 2021, the territory was claimed by the United States of the East.
Islands
Nui Loa
The capital island of Mokupuni. The island is noted for being split down the middle design and transport-wise: the western half is used by Azalea Group, and the eastern by Royal Nanseisian. All cruise ships depart from either two ports on the island.
Papu
Filled with many log resorts, Papu has a small port.
Anuanu
Northern half of Great Anuanu Island. Mostly utilised by Royal Nanseisian, though other ships dock here as well.
Hau
Southern half of Great Anuanu Island. Mostly utilised by Azalea Group, though other ships dock here as well.
Komohana Cay
Royal Nanseisian's private island, based on real-life CocoCay in the Bahamas. Only ships of the Royal Nanseisian Group can dock at this island, including Royal Nanseisian, Aqua Cruises, and Festival Cruise Line. Most of the work on the island was done by Weier.
Li'ili'i/Azalea Cay
Azalea Group's private island, based on real-life Labadee, Haiti. Only ships of the Azalea Group can dock at this island, including Azalea Cruises, Nansei Cruise Lines, Magic Cruise Line and Mokupuni Cruises. Most of the work on the island was done by STthecat.
