Azalea Group is a cruise operator, currently the MRT's biggest cruise company, with the most number of brands in the portfolio which include five cruise ship lines. It was formed on May 27, 2021 after Azalea and NCL agreed to merge their operations.

Azalea Group consists of six cruise line brands, one cruise line development brand and one shipbuilding company, operating a combined total of 10 cruise ships.

Azalea Cruises
Azalea Cruises was founded on April 21, 2021 by STthecat to compete with previous rival Nansei Cruise Lines and Royal Nanseisian International. The company became the second to enter the cruise ship market with the commencement of operations on May 9th that year, with the MS Azalea Arctic. Azalea Cruises became one of the founding members of Azalea Group on May 27, 2021, and became the flagship and principal subsidiary of the holding company.

Horizon River Cruises
Horizon River Cruises was founded on December 30, 2021 as a result of Nansei Ferry Lines’ rebranding, concurrently with AirplaneNiner’s resignation as co-CEO of Azalea Group. Horizon River Cruises now focuses mainly on offering river cruises in ports where Azalea Group cruises call at.

Mokupuni Cruises
Mokupuni Cruises was founded on June 10, 2021 as an Azalea Group subsidiary for older cruise ships to go to. Mokupuni Cruises is the first cruise line to be formed after Azalea Group's incorporation.

Nansei Cruise Lines
Nansei Cruise Lines was founded on April 15, 2021 by AirplaneNiner, becoming the MRT's first cruise ship line to be successful with the launch of Lake Pearl on April 25th. NCL became one of the founding members of Azalea Group on May 27, 2021.
