Soiled Solitude is an island-based town, around the Northeast side of the server (East, between C6 and C7). The island consists of a beach that wraps around the entire island, with its interior being rustic. The island also has a river running through it.
The beach side has a lot of amenities, such as franchises, and ferries continuously departing and arriving. It also has a B-Class road that does its best to follow the island all the way around the beach. The beach side is also where most of the island's residents live at. Also recently added, is a pier with a parking lot.
You can also find the Town Hall on the south side of the island.
The rustic center, is the home of the Mayor's house. It also has a few campgrounds, a sawmill (based from the ones in Skyrim) and even a Gazebo.
History
December 16th, 2014: Benie founds "Lonely Isle"(original name for the island). Planning of the island commences.
December 17th, 2014: Spruce trees added to the interior of the island.
December 18th, 2014: Permission to have a river running through the island granted by Tom_Pairs. Him, lalaboy, and suppoe help with it.
December 19th, 2014: Path making commences, with lalaboy doing the work.
December 22nd, 2014: 'Mayor's House' built and W/E'd in.
December 23rd-26th, 2014: Councillor requirement construction commences.
December 27th, 2014: "Lonely Isle" changes its name to "Soiled Solitude", due to having two people living on the island as part of the Councillor requirement.
December 30th, 2014: Soiled Solitude gets Councillor status.
--2015--
March 20th, 2015: Soiled Solitude starts to have ferries installed, with Vermilion Waterways being the first.
October 2015: Soiled Solitude feels it's time to head to the next rank, and begins work.
November 14th, 2015: Soiled Solitude gets Mayor status.
Ferry Info/Status
You can find the ferries on the north side of the island. There are currently five slips. Most slips have one ferry, while Slips A and D have two ferries of the same company.
The mayor is thinking of redesigning the ferry area, as it was originally his own private dock before the shift away from 'private' island status.
NOTE: All ferries cost 25ȼ to ride. Non-refundable currency. 25ȼ grants a one-way trip via warp sign.
