Los Pollos Hermanos is a fast food restaurant chain that specializes in fried chicken, operating across the New World. The name, pronounced "los po-yos er-ma-nos", is ungrammatical Spanish for "The Chicken Brothers". Founded by FredTheTimeLord, the restaurant chain has multiple locations and is Fred's major business concern. Los Pollos Hermanos is a subsidiary of Fred Brand, an MRT conglomerate with an ownership stake in the company. The restaurant also actively provides money-laundering and logistics for illegal activities. The franchise is directly based off the fictional company from the hit television series' "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul" (the later being superior).

According to official Fred Rail lore, Gus Fring from Breaking Bad expanded his chicken empire on the MRT New World and teamed up with Fred Rail for further franchising.
