The Central Stock Exchange (CSE) is a semi-public-owned stock exchange located next door to XE1 Central City NE. It operates two exchanges - Central Limited Exchanges focusing on the smaller businesses, and Central Incorporated Exchange, which focuses on the larger and more traded companies.
Both Exchanges will operate on a trading period system. Each trading period lasts 2 days (Monday-Tuesdays and Thursday-Fridays). This is done to give fair time for CSE staff to take buy/sell orders, process the accounts, and update the information, and fair time for investors to make investment decisions without being overwhelmed with real-time movements as is done in the real world.
All business will start in the CLE market regardless of acutal size or popularity. As they grow their stock portfolio, they will then be able to transition into the CIE market, and compete with the heavyweights. Due to this nature, only CLE will operate as an market until we have 6 qualified CIE listings.
For more information, refer to our document which is at this time an rough draft. Changes will be made until we declare it a final draft. You can read it here: First Draft, CSE System. More information will come to this wikipage shortly.

The CSE Complex
CSE is located at 1 Kalmar St, Central City. It is across the street from Central Northeast Station, accessible by 4 MRT Lines: XE1 , P1 , V1 , and FX . The XE1 Station has a direct access to the first floor of CSE via an underground walkway.
The complex is made of 3 buildings: The Central Stock Building, The Annex, and Cannon News Corporation Buildings. The Central Stock Building is the main building of the complex, and is the home of the Exchanges located on the second floor.
Other than the Exchanges themselves, The Central Stock Building has 2 pubs ("The Recession" and "Closing Bell"), two coffee shops ("The Green Coffee Bean" and "The Coffee Tree"), a 5 star reservation-only steakhouse restaurant ("The Track") and observation decks. The building also is the home to the Hangar, where entry-level investors will own their own cubicles for their own needs, and customizable investor offices for the medium-level investors. There are rooms for 4 independent news studios to base their business reports from Central City. At this time, MBS owns Studio 3 in the Hangar Studios.
The Annex is a building that will be constructed and is directly connected to the Hangar. This is where top-level investors locate their offices, and has several amenities in the planning including a coffee bar, a pub, direct distribution of stock advertising and news from Cannon News Corporation in their own offices, and highly customizable offices.
Cannon News Corporation is a building directly connected to the Exchanges on the south side of the Central Stock Building, and houses the Cannon News Corporation and its reporters. It includes two "The Hungry Reporter" food bar, 4 CNC Studios, and various offices and meeting rooms. For more information, check the Cannon News Corporation wikipage.
