IV TacoBurritoAThon was held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 in Whiteley.
Bidding
A record number of 8 cities applied. 4 cities became candidates: Segville, Elecna Bay, Houghton, and Whiteley. The other 4 applicant cities which did not advance to the candidate phase were Ravenna, Dabecco, Benion, and Shadowpoint.
After that, interviews were done with the four candidate cities over early September. Following that, on the evening of September 9, 2016, Whiteley was announced as host of the fourth edition of TacoBurritoAThon.

Applications have closed for playing, however anyone who shows up may be selected. If you win, you will get a prize which is approximately 80% of all revenue from TacoBurritoAThon.
Sponsorship
Sponsorships are needed for TacoBurritoAThon to supply prize money for the winners as well as help compensate the hosts. Be a sponsor, and feel good about yourself in helping promote sports on the MRT. There are three levels available:
- Iron - $10, will be listed as a sponsor.
- Gold - $40, Iron privileges + a custom advertisement read over the PA system.
- Diamond - $75, Gold privileges + naming rights to one of the events.

Schedule
The games were held on Saturday, October 8, 2016. The Opening Ceremonies started at 2120 UTC, which was also:
- 2:20 PM PDT (US/Canada West Coast)
- 5:20 PM EDT (US/Canada East Coast)
- 10:20 PM BST (Britain)
- 11:20 PM CEST (Most of Europe)
- 5:20 AM CST SUN (East Asia excluding Japan)
All events will be held in quick succession in the following order:
- Opening Ceremony
- Swimming presented by Expect In
- Sumo presented by IntraAir
- Spleef presented by Gregg Fyfe's Fish and Chips
- American Football presented by TacoDisk
- Marathon presented by Derpy Enterprises
- Closing Ceremony

Information about Forfeits
Forfeits are possible in TacoBurritoAThon. Contingency rules are set up.
- Teams have 30 minutes from when the event starts to supply players (i.e., immediately after the Opening Ceremony).
- After the grace period ends, the following scenarios may occur:
- If one team sent enough players and the other did not, it will count as a forfeit.
- If neither team sent enough players, then the event will get postponed unless either team clinched a championship, in which case it will get cancelled and TacoBurritoAThon will skip to the Closing Ceremony.
- All events must be played by Saturday, October 22. Any events not played by then will be cancelled with the score being frozen.
- If, in this scenario, the score is frozen as a tie, the prize money is split among all players.
- Players must have played in at least one event in order to be eligible for the prize.
Information about Whiteley
Whiteley is a Senator-rank town in the Southern area of the New World owned by AP_Red. It does not have an MRT station, however it has good transportation connections.
Directions to Whiteley
- By Air: The closest airport to Whiteley is Zaquar. From there, one can ride the MRT to ZS21, from where one can drive to Whiteley. There is also an express bus outside EBI to Whitely via Elecna Bay Bus Station
- By Road: Whiteley is accessible off the A50 near ZS21.
- By Rail: The closest MRT station to Whiteley is ZS21.
- By Bus: A Shuttle bus operates directly to the park from Central City. There is also an express bus outside EBI to Whitely via Elecna Bay Bus Station
Synopsis
After some delays, TacoBurritoAThon kicked off with a short speech by Whiteley mayor AP_Red.
Swimming
Swimming was the first event. Since there were only two lanes, three races were held. First, Team Taco competed between themselves, with _Kastle winning. Then Team Bacon competed. Originally KittyCat11231 won however lag occurred on Mineman's end. Then, it was ran again, with Mineman winning. In the final race, Mineman easily won with a large lead, giving Bacon a 1-0 lead.
