It designs and manufactures household and commercial appliances such as vacuum cleaners, robot vacuums, bladeless fans, air purifiers, humidifiers, heaters, lights, hair dryers, stylers, straighteners, hand dryers, and lighting.

On 2 May 2020, Metromap_svg, an avid Dyson fan, established the company within the MRT Server.

As of 6 October 2020, there are 3 Dyson stores in the MRT server.

Vacuum Cleaners

Since the first successful vacuum with the patented cyclone technology was first introduced in 1986, Dyson had since developed vacuums based on cyclones, which had proven to be much more effective than bagged vacuums. This has led to the further development of several variants of vacuums based on cyclones, such as the 360° Heurist robot vacuum and the V10 cordless vacuum.

Since the development of the V10 cordless vacuums, Dyson has stop developing corded vacuums. Following of such, there will be no corded vacuums sold into the MRT.

Hair care

In April 2016, Dyson announced the Dyson Supersonic hand dryer, which features the Dyson Digital V9 Motor to generate rotations up to 125,000 RPM and magnetic attachments. Dyson claims that the Supersonic hand dryer dries hair much faster than any hair dryers without using excessive heat. This was then complemented later in April 2018 when the Professional edition, a version made specifically for salons and hairstylers, with a redesigned filter, attachments, and extended product support.

In October 2018, Dyson has released the Dyson Airwrap hair styler, which utilises the V9 motor, and styles hair by utilising the Coandă effect.

In March 2020, Dyson launched the Dyson Corrale, a hair straightener which utilises copper flexing plates in order to gather hair, effectively using lesser heat than conventional hair styler.

Air purification

The first Dyson air purifiers derived from the Dyson's line of bladeless fans, which intends to provide a smoother airflow and does not possess exposed blades, allowing for a safer operation of the fan. This utilises the Air Multiplier technology, by drawing in 20 litres of air per second into the machine, then forcing the air to travel via an airfoil-shape of a wing, creating low pressure and produces an exit airflow of 400 litres of air per second. The first of its kind debuted in January 2016, with the first bladeless fans fitted with HEPA filtration.

This was then extended for its heater and purification lineup, where both are equipped with HEPA filtration and having the ability to perform whole-room cleaning.

Lighting

The appointment of Jake Dyson, son of James Dyson, as the Chief Lighting Engineer after acquiring Jake Dyson's lighting company, its lighting lineups, the CSYS and Cu Beam, was reintroduced under the Dyson brand name in 2015. Both of such lights features heat piping and cooling technologies which allows for the light to maintain light quality for 60 years.

In 2018, Dyson introduces the Lightcycle series of lamps, which features CSYS's heat pipe technology, but with added connectivity with Bluetooth via Dyson's Link app, daylight tracking, and the ability to adjust the intensity and warmth of the lamp.

In February 2020, Dyson unveiled the Lightcycle Morph, featuring a 4-way lighting mode which can be adjusted as a desk lamp, background lamp, or a ambient lamp, and USB-C Charging.

Hand Dryer

With the entry of the first HEPA-filtration jet hand drier in 2006, Dyson has since expanded its hand dryer series, the Airblade, to include more variants, including the Dyson V, a compact HEPA-filtration jet hand dryer, and the Wash+Dry, with an integrated tap and hand dryer at the sink. In early 2020, Dyson introduced the 9kJ, a hand dryer which Dyson claims that it consumes as low as 9.1kJ per 10-second hand dry and expenses lesser energy than a can of Coca-Cola.

Most Airblade hand dryers are accredited by National Sanitation Foundation-International as "commercially hygienic hand dryers", achieving NSF P335 accretion standards. Some models are Quiet Mark certified and are also Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) certified for food preparation environments.

Retail

Prior to the introduction of physical retail stores, Dyson has sold products via various means, such as magazine catalogues, through malls and large hypermarket retailers and more recently, its website. James Dyson has theorised of establishing a concept store to showcase its product's technologies and allow for consumers to experience the technologies first-hand while being able to get questions answered by a team of on-site staff.

On 3 May 2020, a day after Dyson was founded in the MRT, Metromap_svg has opened up a form for cities to express interest in having a Dyson retail store.

As of 20 May, Metromap_svg proclaims to have the most pre-orders at launch for a store by Dyson, standing at 25 orders from various cities across the server.

Demo Store

In January 2017, the first Dyson Demo store was opened on London's Oxford Street. The first concept store of its kind, it was then followed by several other launches in other countries, such as the United States, Malaysia and Japan. The move was made in order to expand its retail influence within the market of domestic home appliances while simultaneously to increase sales and consumer impression in the long term. Exclusive custom colourways and personalisation are available in Demo stores.

Demo Zone

In addition to Dyson Demo stores, Demo Zone, retail spaces specialising in certain products or category. are also established for consumers to experience Dyson's hair care technologies first hand. The most prominent kinds are focused around hair care products, otherwise known as Beauty Labs, especially within strategic spaces such as malls or high-streets, being able to attract and attend to customers while utilising the smallest space possible. In select locations, personalisation and exclusive colours are available.

Pop-up stalls

Strategic partnerships has allowed for the continued expansion of introduction of Dyson technologies via pop-up stalls in malls and strategic locations and high-streets across the globe. While the time period of occupying a high-traffic space is short, the consumer experience is long-lasting and impact is considerably more significant for space value.
