Helix Bay is a town located at C77 Helix Bay (at the moment its Foobar, as the town is not yet mayor), in between C76 Falloway and C78 Daneburg. It was founded by TrainPro, its mayor, on 21st November 2015. Its current town rank is Councillor.
Helix Bay has made it into The Snapshot. The Mayor was quoted in saying "This is a huge milestone for Helix Bay especially at its current rank... This calls for another celebration, most likely to tie in with National Day."
Town Name Elections
On 25th November 2015, the Mayor called a vote for a town name vote: Helix Bay or Amber Bay. The results are as shown:

Buildings
The Helix Apartments currently has 25 apartments although only 1 is occupied by _Indev_.
The Driving Centre is now structurally complete.
- Hightech_TR will be the Chief Driving Examiner
- ezzocraft will most likely to be the Deputy Examiner.
The Lau Pa Sat is currently undergoing renovations. The first floor is almost complete, pending migration to a new upcoming shopping mall.
Public Transport
The only current public transport available at the moment is the MRT. Future projects include the Daneburg Tram and RaiLinQ.
The Helix Metro is under planning, with the arterial central station to be under construction shortly.
The shell for the Helix Central Station is structurally present, but construction works are currently ongoing, as well as system installing. Planning for the routes is still under way - Hiring redstone engineers.
The Station Shell for the Helix Bay station on the Daneburg Tram is structurally complete. Retrofitting is underway, but the station will only open when the town obtains Mayor.

Private Transport
Wendel Bridge has now been completed and opened. You can now drive from Helix Bay to Daneburg and vice versa, please be reminded on the change of traffic flow when driving in either direction, and the Daneburg Tram in the inner lanes. Access it via Pachi Road (Pachi North Tunnel) in either direction.
The Falloway Junction has now been completed and opened. You can now drive from Helix Bay to Falloway and vice versa. Please be aware of the change of traffic flow when driving in either direction. Access the junction via Pachi Road (Falloway) while keeping and turning Right, or via *unnamed road* through the Pachi South Tunnel and keeping to the right slip road. The next junction will be Junction 3 of the Falloway Bypass.
More roads are currently being built. There are potential to serve further along the Western Circle Line (without cutting through C76 MRT). It may be possible to serve the entire West Ocean Partnership cities.

Embassies
Currently, there are 7 operating embassies, all currently located along the Pachi Road in both directions. They are:
Along Pachi Road (Falloway) - Ezzo City, Espil, Royal Plaza and Woodsdale.
Along Pachi Road (Daneburg) - BirchView, Ellesume and Siletz.
The Helix Bay Town Hall is along the Pachi Road (Daneburg), after the Siletz embassy.
Notice - The reconstruction and renovation of the Siletz embassy is now complete. The Siletz embassy has now been reopened, as well as the carpark behind it. We thank your patience during the reconstruction and renovation.
Citizenship
20th January 2016: Helix Bay is now officially recognized!
Residences are to apply for citizenship. Business owners are to apply for a business permit. More info to come soon. Applications to open soon.
Official Time
In game time will be used for in-game events.
However as for events based on real time, all timings will be given in at least ACT (UTC+8) and ICT (UTC+7), other timezones will be subject to consideration based on popularity.
Traffic Regulations
In compliance with the CDL standard:
ALL DRIVERS TO DRIVE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD. (Except the Pachi Crown Viaduct, or when crossing borders into the A6, Falloway or Daneburg, in which case, ALL DRIVERS TO DRIVE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD.)
Drivers in Helix Bay are required to possess the Helix Driving License in their inventory at all times, or else be subjected to a heavy fine as well as a license revoke, or an immigration ban for serious cases. Spot checks by the Traffic Police are common, and failure to comply with the rules may result in severe punishments. (Exceptions apply to the future Pachi Crown Viaduct as it employs Right-Hand Traffic as a bypass between Falloway and Daneburg, and is the only road in the town to connect to the future A6. A license is not needed to drive on that particular road, but is owned and belongs to Helix Bay, and is regulated by the Helix Traffic Police.)
